Affiliates Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the THE LIVES MEDIA Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining or continuing to participate, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in your dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive payouts.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for your account, access tokens/links, and keeping your profile and payout details accurate and up to date.

4. Program Basics

  • Promote via your unique referral code/link.
  • Only qualifying purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks) generate commissions/bonuses.
  • No multi-level structure; incentives apply to F1 only.

5. Commissions

  • Rates and eligible products are published in your dashboard.
  • Commission is on net qualifying revenue.
  • Self-purchases, fraud, or unauthorized couponing are ineligible.

6. Referral Bonus (F1)

A standard F1 referral rate applies to monthly qualifying order revenue generated by your F1s (defaults shown in your dashboard, e.g., 5%).

7. Referral Booster

If enabled, an increased F1 referral rate applies the following month when monthly team thresholds are met (minimum paid orders / active F1s, boosted rate and caps as published in Program Settings). Booster applies to F1 only.

8. Attribution & Tracking

We use first-party tracking. Attribution windows/rules appear in your dashboard and may be updated for accuracy and compliance.

9. Payouts & Taxes

  • Monthly payouts after reconciliation.
  • Minimum threshold, methods, fees, and schedule are shown in the dashboard.
  • You are responsible for taxes and filings in your jurisdiction.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Spam or misleading/false advertising.
  • Trademark bidding, typosquatting, impersonation, or unauthorized couponing.
  • Bots, click inflation, cookie stuffing, or other fraud/abuse.
  • Illegal, hateful, or rights-infringing content.

11. Brand & Creative Use

Use only approved brand assets. Do not modify logos or imply endorsement.

12. Data & Privacy

Comply with data-protection and marketing laws. Do not share customer data.

13. Term & Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation for abuse, non-compliance, or legal risk. Upon termination, remove links/creative. Eligible earnings will be processed per Section 9.

14. Changes to the Program

We may update these Terms or policies prospectively. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be announced via dashboard or email.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold THE LIVES MEDIA harmless from claims arising out of your breach, your marketing activities, or violation of laws/third-party rights.

17. Governing Law

Governed by the laws applicable to THE LIVES MEDIA’s contracting entity as stated in invoices/payout documentation.
